Healthy Eating!

I have been trying to improve my health for the whole year now. Some of the things I started to do:

  • Give up soft drinks totally
  • Lessened raw sugar intake
  • Started exercising every day (bike + weights)
  • Making sure that I eat breakfast every day
  • Changing my breakfast to Organic Oatmeal, which I believe is healthier than puffed wheat cereals
  • Making sure that the time between my meal times is smaller
A helpful post to increasing metabolism.
