In 2008, I am trying to achieve the following goals:
- Physical (Personal Goal): 3 times a week, to be measured by losing 10 lbs in the new year
- Mental (Personal Goal): read one book a week, to be measured by keeping a reading log
- Follow Up (Personal Goal): regularly on my financial affairs, to be measured by my portfolio value in 2009
- Activities (Family Goal): do one constructive activity per fortnight, to be measured by keeping a log
